If you had to think of a diss that could leave someone gob smacked, befuddled and stunned all at once it is to call someone “weak as water”. Don’t believe us? We’ve created a papaya carrot-based sauce inspired by Asian Ginger dressing and Jamaican Escoveitch sauce, savory vinegar-based sauce popular with fish, chicken and fried foods. Our version, who we call Mrs. Slocumb, features scotch bonnet, pimento, ginger and Tamari sauce with a medley of herbs and vegetables. We find it pairs well with various proteins as a marinade or garnish, dip for whatever party platter you create, in addition to rice.
