Familiar. Common. Everyday. A look and shoulder shrug. That is what an oops moment is. Some of you may have just had one. Many of us are them, an unplanned blessing bestowed (Megan Silvera included). A modicum is helpful, many turn irksome, and a menagerie are a wealth for storytelling. It all depends on how it hits and what you take from it.

This sauce was a happy accident, a la Bob Ross. Boredom led to this rice wine herb lime vinaigrette we call Riana. There is no secret to its chemistry, we threw some stuff in the chopper and liked how it tasted. And then others liked it as well. So, we bring it to you!

We also offer an artisan blend cow’s milk and lactose free cheese(s) featuring An Opps Moment and though we don’t like to brag we love to boast because this is ah ma zing. There is no way to not like cheese with lil’ sweetness from the rice wine, savory lime note mixed with garlic and herbs. We like to think it’s our version of an herb feta.
