You pick up your phone and see you’ve missed a few texts. Scrolling down you see one from you know who. You know the one we’re talking about, yes…. that one. And in the brief read out you see the words “hey, we need 2 talk”. You pause before stepping onto the elevator and as it goes down, in between each exchange of pleasantries, you’re pondering wait………why……. what do we need to talk about? The mix of sentiments combined with uncomfortableness is where this sauce name is derived.

Our most popular of sauces got the frankest name. Or just call her Carmen. Some have likened her pesto; others chimichurri and one has coined it salad in a jar. We call our green version of Ranch dressing because it goes with everything and anything. We took bunch of greens added some spices and came up with this There is not one thing we haven’t found that it doesn’t add an insane amount of flavor to: chicken, fish, beef, pork, turkey, shellfish, bread, potatoes, rice, vegetables, fried, steamed, baked, grilled, etc. Add some parmesan cheese or sour cream or both to create an herbaceous dip, garnish or addition pasta or soup. We recommend buying a jar, inviting friends or family over and have a good ol time experimenting with food.
