Yeah, it’s that time of year. Oh, y’all probably thought we meant the November to December holi-slay slam. No silly geese, we meant 4th of July. Or Labor Day. Or heck even Bastille Day. There are an endless number of reasons to celebrate something even if you don’t believe in the purpose of the event. So why not make it a good one whatever it is, even if it’s Groundhog Day.

This Sauce, who we like to call Pearl, is a bit of a divergence. But it’s so good that we have to offer it. And since it’s a Silvera family recipe passed down through generations there’s not a lot we can say about it. What we can say is that it’s made with 3 ingredients and one of them is liquor. Beyond that it is ideal to dollop on cupcakes, fruit and/or nut breads, and pies. We are dying to turn it into an ice cream, trust us you’ll be the first to know when we succeed.
