So, this Sauce, a full throttle wonder ride to your tastebuds, is our version of a Caribbean pasta sauce. Yup you read that right we improved on the standard pasta sauce by roasting our herb vegetable medley then blend our medley with scotch bonnet, pimento, fresh cilantro and of course more garlic. What you taste is a melodic smack of flavor that subdues to garlicky goodness. Besides pasta, it’s a great soup stock, pizza base or garnish; an addition to bruschetta or add some Vodka to make pink sauce with an arrabbiata essence. We add it to Ackee to spice up Ackee and Saltfish which is Jamaica’s national dish.
