This one, born after hazy Sunday Funday tasting Bloody Mary’s in San Francisco, turned on its head after languishing in Dolores Park. Megan wanted to improve on what she was sippin’ on while adding Jamaican flair to it. So, we offer you Mar, our Ja-pacho (Jamaican Gazpacho) that features roasted vegetables and herbs, then blended with Jamaican spices and finished with Pickapeppa (feel free to Google it and change your life for the better). The flavorful factor of this Sauce makes it ideal for marinades to grill, smoke or sear meats and pork. Add it to your next spread as a garnish for pizzas, pasta or roast vegetables. We recommend Vodka, a splash of pickle juice and Manchego cheese cubes to make what we like to call an Awkward Mary.
